Frequently Asked Questions

Your first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other. There’s no pressure to “have everything figured out” or to share more than you’re ready for. We spend the time talking about what brought you to therapy, what’s been going on in your life, and what you hope to work on. I’ll ask some questions to understand your background, your experiences, and any symptoms or stressors you’ve been dealing with.
